  • Standard Register ranked #19 in the 2008 GAM 101, published by Graphic Arts Monthly magazine and Graphic Arts Blue Books. In its 26th year of ranking top printing companies in the United States and Canada, the GAM 101 is based on sales revenues and takes into consideration product mix, number of employees, manufacturing sites and other salient information.
     
  • Standard Register received the 2008 Masters of Quality Supplier Award from Daimler Trucks North America, the leading heavy-duty truck manufacturer in North America. The award, which Standard Register has received for six years, is the highest recognition that Daimler Trucks gives to its suppliers, representing the best of the best (top 1%) among suppliers providing parts and components to Daimler Trucks businesses.
     
  • The Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption recognized Standard Register as one of the Best Adoption-Friendly Workplaces in the country for 2008. Receiving this recognition for the second straight year, Standard Register ranked eighth on the list of Ohio's Best Adoption-Friendly Workplaces.
     
  • Standard Register received a Supplier Performance Award from Premier, recognizing superior performance in service, quality, reporting accuracy and customer satisfaction.
     
  • Standard Register was named "One of the Top 17 Safest Companies to Work For," by Occupational Hazards magazine. In addition, the company has also been an active member of the National Safety Council for 20 years.
     
  • Comerica Bank gave Standard Register its highest honor for suppliers—the National Quality Excellence Vendor Award.  The award is in recognition of continuous professionalism, dedication and support of Comerica’s vision and core values.  

  • Standard Register was honored by HealthTrust, the nation’s fourth largest group purchasing company, with its coveted Top Ten Vendor Award, based on outstanding customer service to member healthcare facilities, excellent product quality and service, the accuracy and timeliness of reports, rebates and administrative fees, as well as SR’s commitment to diversity.

  • packagePRINTING magazine ranked Standard Register #8 on its ranking of the Top Tag and Label Converters in the United State and Canada.
     
  • MedAssets Supply Chain Services accorded Standard Register its Platinum Supplier award for the third consecutive year in recognition of its contributions to improve the savings and satisfaction of the more than 1,500 hospitals and 25,000 non-acute MedAssets services.  In addition, SR provided timely management of reports and fee schedules and continuous growth in purchase volume.
     
  • Standard Register ranked #5 for Document Processing Outsourcing in a study conducted by Doug Brown and Scott Wilson, authors of The Black Book of Outsourcing (Wiley). The authors issue over 80 outsourcing rankings per year covering 1000 vendors in 40 industries.
     
  • Fortune magazine recognized Standard Register as one of America's Most Admired Companies in the printing industry in 2002, 2003 and 2004.
     
  • Standard Register received the Top Medical Surgical Vendor award for 2005 from Shared Services Healthcare, a group purchasing organization and affiliate of MedAssets, which is comprised of leading healthcare institutions in the southeast United States.
     
  • Standard Register was among Document magazine's WHO's WHO in Document Management for 2005, 2006 and 2007. Published annually, the Who's Who issue spotlights innovators in the document industry that offer added value and unique capabilities to their customers to help them better manage their documents.
     
  • In 2007, Standard Register's Murfreesboro, Tenn., plant received a proclamation from the state recognizing its significant safety milestone—nine consecutive years without a lost time accident.
